Terms of Service
By engaging Tech Intel for website design and development services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your project.
1. Services
Tech Intel provides website design, development, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and delivery timelines are communicated and agreed upon before the project begins — typically via WhatsApp conversation.
2. Packages & Pricing
Current packages:
- Starter — ₹499 (limited-time offer; regular ₹999): one-page responsive website
- Growth — ₹1,499: 3–5 page website with additional features
- Pro — ₹3,999: unlimited pages with advanced features
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the start of your project is the price you pay.
3. Payment Terms
We do not accept cash payments. We accept only UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfer. An invoice is provided for every transaction.
Payment is made only after you review and approve the website. No advance payment is required. Once you approve and pay, the project is considered delivered.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:
- Starter — 1 revision round
- Growth — 2 revision rounds
- Pro — 3 revision rounds
Additional revisions are quoted separately. If you are not satisfied after the included revisions, no payment is due — we will hand over the source files to you.
5. Domain & Hosting
Domain registration and hosting are separate third-party costs and are not included in our package prices. Typical costs:
- Domain: ₹700–1,200 per year
- Hosting: ₹0–3,000 per year (varies by provider)
We help you set up domain and hosting at no additional charge.
6. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery:
- Starter & Growth: 3 working days after content is received
- Pro: 5–7 working days
Complex custom requests may require additional time. Timelines begin after we receive your business information and confirm the scope.
7. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, images, and any content you want on your website. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
If you don't have content ready, we will add basic copy and stock images — free of charge. You can replace them later.
8. Ownership
Once the project is complete and paid for, you own the website content and final deliverables. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses.
9. Support
Free bug-fix support is provided after delivery:
- Starter & Growth — 7 days
- Pro — 30 days
After this period, minor changes are charged ₹200–₹500 per request. Major changes are quoted separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tech Intel provides website design and development services. We do not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Sales, leads, or business growth
- Uptime of third-party services (hosting, domain, WhatsApp)
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
11. Refund Policy
Since payment is made only after you approve the website, refunds are not applicable in the standard process. If we fail to deliver as agreed, we will either re-deliver or refund in full at our discretion.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project before delivery. If terminated after substantial work has begun and you choose not to proceed, no payment is due.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
